Dear Customer,
If you wish to return a faulty device to us for inspection or repair, please download and complete the Service Report Form. After downloading, fill it out and send it to support@videosec.com via email, or include it with the product and deliver it to us in person or by post.
Important:
- We cannot accept packages with cash on delivery (COD).
- Products received without a completed service report form will be subject to a 4000 HUF + VAT inspection fee in all cases.
- Our service department is not responsible for settings or any data stored on the device.
